APC Homes is moving our administration offices and we take possession of our new premises in Parkstone in the early part of August. Please note our new contact details and telephone numbers.

This summer has seen some glorious weather which we are sure has assisted an already active and buoyant property market. We have recently completed two projects, a block of seven flats overlooking Radipole lake known as Kingfisher Court in Goldcroft ave Weymouth and a small mews style development of 5 houses overlooking Maiden Castle in Dorchester. All the units were sold off plan earlier in the year. Kingfisher Court replaced an ugly derelict property that was an eyesore and despite initial local concerns from some residents before construction the consensus has been that the new property has enhanced and improved the street scene considerably.

Our new projects include two pairs of flats in Weymouth and Chickerell aimed at the first time buyer market. APC Homes offered to pay a £200 a month incentive for two years towards mortgage payments and so it was really not a surprise that sales were agreed on all 4 units within days of their release. APC homes has recently exchanged contracts on an old property in Milford on Sea that has planning permission to demolish and replace with a new block of 8 flats some of which will have sea views. The block will be called Janine Court and is in Keyhaven Rd. Construction is due to start in the autumn 2006 with completion anticipated in the spring of 2007.
