APC Homes Winter / Summer 2007 newsletter

Thank you for your interest in APC Homes and welcome to our website.

A wet winter, fantastic spring and now a wet summer (July 2007), who would be in the construction business!!!

We have now sold 6 of the flats in Janine Court at Milford on Sea, a block of 8 flats close to the village and sea front. Completion of the project should be late July or early August 2007.

The café / restaurant at Portland is also nearing completion and a number of companies are interested in the tenancy. With the 2012 Olympics looming Portland is definitely the "Place to be".

We will shortly be commencing an individual detached property close to Weymouth, which we hope to have completed by the end of the year.

Goadsbys Weymouth branch will be marketing the property and have a brochure available.

I hope to write again at the end of the summer, if it actually arrives this year!!
