Thank you for your interest in apc homes and welcome to our website.

APC Homes completed on two more projects during the autumn, a block of flats in Milford on sea and a new restaurant on the sea front at Portland near Weymouth.

At the time of writing there is just one flat remaining for sale at Milford on Sea. Details can be obtained from Murray and Hayward Esatate Agents in the village. Their telephone number is 01590 644933. The restaurant is due to open Easter 2008 and with its unique position on the promenade I am sure it will be a roaring success, especially with the sailing Olympics being hosted in the area in 2012.

February/ March will see the completion of a single detached house we are building in Weymouth. The Estate Agents handling the sale are Goadsby Weymouth branch and their telephone number is 01305 831831.

There are changes afoot within the company and Neil Cook my co director is leaving the company shortly to pursue other activities and I have to say it has been a pleasure working alongside him these past 10 years and wish him well with his new ventures.

APC Homes is shortly starting a new build contract in the New Forest and have several other projects which are in the planning stages at this time.

There was a lot of doom and gloom being talked about prior to Christmas, especially within the press, but we are certainly experiencing a lively start to 2008 and lets hope it stays that way. Another rate drop in the near future will be welcome!!!
