Winters over the past few years seem to be getting wetter and wetter and this year so far has been no exception causing disruption and delays within the construction industry.

At the time of writing [ early January 2007] we have completed two new projects in the Weymouth area with all the units sold off plan, using our extremely popular first time buyers scheme that in a nutshell contributes £200 per month towards the purchasers monthly mortgage payments for the first two years.

Our present projects include a small block of eight flats close to the sea front and village centre at Milford on Sea. Reservations have already been taken and we are hoping to have a show flat ready within the next couple of months. The project should be completed by Spring 2007. Our other project is a little unusual being café/restaurant on the promenade at Portland. The premises which will have an upstairs open deck area has panoramic views of chessil beach.
