1. Would APC Homes be interested in purchasing our property?

If your property is in the Dorset or Hampshire areas and you think it may have redevelopment potential then we would like to hear from you. All enquiries are handled in strictest confidence and without any obligation on your part.

2. Do you help first time buyers?

We often have special schemes to help first time buyers. One of our latest schemes was to pay £200 per month towards the purchasers mortgage for the first two years. This brought the monthly repayment to well below renting a similar property. Needless to say we there was a lot of interest so please register with us and we can keep you informed of our latest projects.

3. How do we buy one of your properties off plan?

We often sell our projects off plan which is particulary attractive to the buy to let market and first time buyers because we always offer a discount to the market. Knowing that you are buying a property that is already a good buy before it is built obviously makes good business sense. Register with us and we will keep you informed of our latest projects.

4. How long has APC Homes been in business? Are you a Registered building company?

APC Homes has been building in Dorset and Hampshire for the past 20 years. The company was formed in 1989 and has been NHBC registered since that time.
