About APC Homes

APC Homes was formed in 1989 by Andrew Niven who has spent all of his working life in the property business. The company has specialised in building new homes in the Dorset and Hampshire areas from country homes in outlying Dorset villages to blocks of flats in town centres.

APC Homes has completed many projects in the Weymouth and Dorchester areas over recent years.

Neil Cook who is a qualified solicitor joined the company in 1998 and the two directors, who have been friends since their school days in Bournemouth 36 years ago, have overseen the expansion of the company since that time which now includes a property rental division.

The company which is NHBC registered prides itself on building quality homes with an excellent after care service.
